My name is Alejandra. I moved from Mexico to the United States 25 years ago and have called Nashville, TN home for the past six years. Cooking has always been my passion, and I take pride in preparing meals from scratch using only the best ingredients.
Several years ago, a health scare reshaped the way my family approached food. We eliminated seed oils, preservatives, additives, and artificial colors, choosing instead organic ingredients and clean eating. During that transition, I realized how difficult it was to find tortillas made with simple, wholesome ingredients.
Flour tortillas have been a staple in my family’s life for as long as I can remember, so I began making my own. To my surprise, they were the best tortillas I had ever tasted—soft, flavorful, and authentic. That moment sparked a mission: to share my tortillas with others who value both tradition and health.
